Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellations won't be accepted once the product has been shipped.

  • Cash on delivery cancellation within 1 hour is free.
  • Any prepaid amount paid will be credited into your bank account which the payment was made after deductiong 10-15% admin fees. Discounts & Coupons can not be a part of the refund.
  • Once the product is stitched/cut cancellation and refund will not apply.

Return

  • Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed in case of colour preferences and change of mind.
  • Fabrics once stitched or cut cannot be returned however unstitched dress materials are eligible for return unless it's a manufacturing defect/incorrect deliveries/damaged goods.
  • To verify products delivered with genuine manufacturing/quality defects, you have to share the unpacking video to our Whatsapp number: +91-9016325811 or email:
  • esales.jvppl@gmail.com within 25-Hour.
  • The product should be returned to admin address within 7 business days in good condition. After receiving confirmation by admin.
  • Make sure that the product tag is not broken/damaged. Once Tag/seal is broken/damaged refund will not apply to the broken Tag/seal product Also, make sure that the product is unused & product should not be tamper or damaged by you.

Refund

  • Refunds for Cancellation/Cash on Delivery/Prepaid transactions will be done within 7-10 business days.
  • The customer has to provide Bank Details for the same. All refunds will be made after deducting 10-15% admin fees. Discounts & Coupons can not be a part of the refund.

Terms & Conditions

  • Prices do not include duties for any country. Custom duties and other levies (if applicable) in the destination country are to be paid by the customer.
  • Custom duty/VAT or any other taxes if any has to be paid by the purchaser as per the custom law of his respective state/country. The customs duty will be collected by the Courier company at the time of delivery of the item or you may receive custom duty request letter from the courier company at a later date.
  • If purchaser denies paying the levied custom duty, then, in that case, neither parcel will be taken back by us nor refund will be done.
  • Please provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. If an order cannot be processed within 4 weeks, Jay Vijay will inform the customer at the earliest.
  • Items are subject to availability at the time of placing the orders.
  • Since most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges are not possible. Please ensure that you have read and understood our returns and exchange policy before completing the order.
  • All transactions are subject to Surat jurisdiction only.Â
