Registration and account management at Jay Vijay

How do I register?

In order to register at Jay Vijay, you may click on the Sign-Up hyperlink at the top right corner of the Website and choose any of the options from the Sign Up Form that opens:

I want to stay informed of offers and new collections. What should I do?
To stay informed of the latest offers and collections, you may submit your whatsapp number on Bulk Inquiry Page in the ‘Sign up for our Newsletter’ box displayed at the bottom right corner of the Website. By doing this, you will start receiving updates regarding the same from Jay Vijay via email. 

How do I modify my details?
You may modify your account details by login in and clicking on the My Account of the Website which will redirect you to your account. Here, you may make necessary changes in your account from the Account Dashboard or click on various tabs visible below it namely, Address Book, Account Information, etc. and make changes therein.

How can I add an item to the Wishlist?
A product can be added to your Wishlist in either of the following ways:
Click on the Add to Wishlist option visible on the product thumbnail.
Click on a particular product and select the Add to Wishlist option from the product page.
In order to make changes in your Wishlist, click on the My Account of the Website visible after you log in and make changes under the My Wishlist tab.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
In case you forget your password, click on the Login page Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ Enter your email address in the form that opens next and you’ll be sent a password reset link to your email. Click on the reset link received in the email and change your password.

I want to buy a product. How can I do the same?
Access the items displayed on our Website and find what you’re looking for. We recommend that you use the garment, size and colour filters; you can also order the items by price, from the lowest to the highest or the highest to the lowest.

If you know that you want to buy or have seen a garment before, you can use the search engine at the top of the webpage to find what you are looking for quickly.
Once you have your favourite items in your shopping cart, click on it to place your order. Do not wait too long, because much-in-demand items may go out of stock even though they are in your shopping cart.

Choose the address where you want your items to be sent. Next, choose a delivery and payment method and click on ‘Place Order’. As simple as that!
Check your email, where you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you have any further queries, contact us!

In which countries can I shop online?

Are the items included in the shopping cart reserved automatically?

No, including a product in the shopping cart does not reserve it or guarantee its availability. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping cart.

Delivery
What are the delivery methods and charges for the same?
The delivery methods offered by us are as follows:

Courier: The charge for delivery of products via this method will be displayed at checkout as per the weight of the products and the location of delivery. 

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Prices do not include duties for any country. Custom duties and other levies (if applicable) in the destination country are to be paid by the customer.
  • Custom duty/VAT or any other taxes if any has to be paid by the purchaser as per the custom law of his respective state/country. The customs duty will be collected by the Courier company at the time of delivery of the item or you may receive custom duty request letter from the courier company at a later date.
  • If purchaser denies paying the levied custom duty, then, in that case, neither parcel will be taken back by us nor refund will be done.
  • Please provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders. If an order cannot be processed within 4 weeks, Jay Vijay will inform the customer at the earliest.
  • Items are subject to availability at the time of placing the orders.
  • Since most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges are not possible. Please ensure that you have read and understood our returns and exchange policy before completing the order.
  • All transactions are subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
